I love this room that greets me first thing in the morning. It reminds me of the many happy, creative hours spent here. It is officially the dining room..and can be cleared quite easily. However I notice that it is now frequently referred to as my 'art room'..!! I'm not complaining! The school holidays are nearly over, so life will resume back to normal for a few weeks. I'm looking forward to warmer weather when I plan to start painting some of my old furniture . I was inspired by an article in this month's Country Living magazine. Because we move house frequently I don't have the heart to paint the house...but furniture can travel with us!!
