It's very sad to see lots of broken trees, (after the storm) particularly the big, old ones that have up 'til now stood for years. These two photos show broken branches in the local park.....but maybe we'll benefit in the long run - lots of lovely logs for our fire!!
Been reading about the storm UK has had down here in NZ, and it is sad to see the damage to the trees, the immediate damage and the long term from disease where branches have been ripped off.
