Just taken more painkillers and feeling a bit sorry for myself when I saw this photo of the rainbow taken about an hour before I was catapulted into the air. I must keep my eyes and thoughts on the rainbow.......I may need surgery so (with difficulty!) I'm keeping fingers crossed that I won't!
:( feeling for you. Am dog sitting ATM and Koda could so pull me over! We've been doing much training today to minimise the risk. He's a sweet boy but boisterous!!
